Wee update; Back in today for lunch. We were seated in the snug conservatory area and, by luck, the sun made an appearance. Catherine, and her food offerings, were on top form. Fajitas, soup and flan were the order of the day. All of it well presented and very tasty. Never been disappointed. Met friends in the courtyard too! Original review; This remains one of my favourite eateries. The owners and staff here are SO genuinely friendly and welcoming. The place itself is set in the beautiful locale of Fintry and all routes to it feature superb countryside views. The inside layout has several cosy eating areas, with an additional area selling home interior products. There is also a lovely courtyard offering outside dining too. The home-made food is renowned and fairly priced for the quality. Even the chickens bobbing about in their run add to the relaxing ambience. Well done folks!

Popped in here today whilst passing. It's a lovely cafe. 4 of us ate and we had breakfast rolls, toast and scrambled egg and pancakes. We then followed it up with cake and milkshake. All the food was delicious and fresh. Would recommend. Price wise was as expected. 4.50 a breakfast roll and roughly 10 for sandwiches.

Quick and efficient service, tasty food and good selection of cakes. The iced bakewell was great. A little more expensive than it used to be in past but isn't everything and the quality is still being kept up. Best to book in advance to ensure get a table.

We reached the Cafe as part of our Scotland NC500 trip via motorbike. The destination is lovely, the service is great and the food excellent. Highly recommended, if you are in the area!

This is a beautiful cafe, with tasteful and interesting decor, friendly and welcoming staff and excellent food. Today I had the brisket in a brioche bun and it was delicious.

What an absolute delight of a cafe. I have visited a couple of times for cake and coffee, and it has been a treat. They have a great selection of delicious cakes and scones. My partner visited the cafe with her friends and enjoyed the food. Going to the cafe is a holistic experience. To get to the cafe, unless you are a local, you drive through really beautiful countryside. The cafe itself is very picturesque. The cafe has been created using, for the most part, old farm sandstone buildings. At the front of the cafe, there is outdoor seating in a pleasant, well tended garden area. Inside it is bright and comfortable with the tables well laid out. The staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Inside the cafe there is a small gift area and an area where you can buy fresh milk from the machine. I would highly recommend the Courtyard Cafe as a destination to be visited. It may be worth booking ahead as it is, rightly very popular.

The 3 of us had various food choices including soup, sandwiches and cake. The bakewell tart was particularly nice. All food very good, good service and relaxed atmosphere.
